2) Select My Account and click on Ticket Exchange
3) Look for the game that you are unable to attend, click ‘I want to sell my ticket’ and click OK.
5) Your seat has now been released for resale and your mobile season ticket has been deactivated for this game, it’s as easy as that.
If your seat is successfully re-sold, your mobile season ticket will be deactivated for that match only.
There is no limit on how many times you use this service during the season
Yes, you can return your seat, right up until the turnstiles open two hours prior to kick off. So, even if you can't make it to the match at short notice, you may still have the opportunity to receive credits against the cost of your Season Ticket.
No, you can only release your own season ticket seat for resale. Each individual season ticket holder will need to log into their own account to access the Ticket Exchange.
If you have put your seat up for resale but your circumstances have changed and you are now able to attend the game, if your seat has not been re-sold you can rebook your season ticket seat by following the steps below.

2) Select My Account and click on Ticket Exchange
3) Look for the game and select cancel ‘Resale Request’
5) Your seat has now been re-booked and your mobile season ticket re-activated.

Yes, all general admission season ticket holders can access the Ticket Exchange. Please note, if a disabled supporter puts their seat up for resale and they have a personal assistant season ticket, they will be automatically returned as a pair.
If your seat is resold, you will receive a ticketing credit and this will be on a pro rata basis against the value of your Season Ticket price. The credit will automatically be added into your ticketing account once the game has been played. It is the value of your season ticket divided by 23 games. To view your online credits, log in to your online ticketing account, select “My Account” and “On Account”.
Your ticketing credit can be built up across the season and redeemed against your Season Ticket renewal for the following campaign. Once you have renewed and paid for your Season Ticket for the following campaign, any further credits that you accrue in the present season will remain on your ‘On Account’ balance and can only be redeemed against your Season Ticket when it next comes up renewal. Refunds are not available on any unused online ticketing credits.
If your seat is not sold then you will not receive a ticketing credit. You can check the status of your seat at anytime in your online ticketing account.

No. If you are a concession season ticket holder and you are unable to attend an individual home league fixture, your only options are to either return your seat for that match to the club via Ticket Exchange or use the Ticket Forwarding scheme. No match upgrades are available.
In the event that you put your seat up for resale and your seat is resold but then the date of the home game changes, then you have no right to reclaim your season ticket seat back for this game.
If your seat has not been resold, then you can rebook your season ticket via the Ticket Exchange option via your online ticketing account.
If United for 20 Years Season Ticket Holders cannot attend a home league game, they can return their seat to the club via Ticket Exchange, but United for 20 Years Ticket Holders do not qualify to redeem any on account credits.
